Associate Professor Dr. Rahmat Dapari is a Senior Medical Lecturer (DU56) and Public Health Medicine Specialist at the Department of Community Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia, awarded in 2007. He subsequently completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2013 and was conferred the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2017. His exemplary performance earned him the Hidayasu Oyama Award, recognizing him as the best DrPH graduate of his cohort
