Public Health – 2022

The 4th International Conference on Public Health and Wellbeing, Public Health 2022 hosted by iConferences, was held on 18th and 19th of November 2022, via virtual platform, with the greater collaboration of Department of Community Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia joining as the academic partner. The conference paved the way for conversations based on the public health interventions that can be effectively utilized in ensuring the public health and wellbeing in local and global contexts.

There was immense number of insights and knowledge that was shared during this eventful conference, especially within the keynote speeches that were conducted by eminent professions related to the field. Public Health 2022 was indeed a valuable platform for many researchers to present their research findings, encourage fruitful discussions on the subject areas, and exchange their perceptions in a global context. It was impressive to witness the invaluable information shared by the presenters who joined from all around the world representing different countries like India, UK, USA, Germany, China, Russia, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka. All the knowledge and information shared exhibited great potential in being able to share the public health aspects of the world and expedite the journey towards a healthier globe.

Publication Workshop

As researchers, knowledge regarding successful publication is of paramount importance to secure bigger achievements in the career. Participants of Public Health 2022 were provided with an invaluable opportunity to hear from an expert on “Do’s and Don’ts in Getting Public Health Research Published in High Impact Journals”. The workshop was conducted by Professor Datuk Dr. Lekhraj Rampal (PMW, AMP, PPT MBBS, MPH, DrPH, FAMM, FAMS, FASc, FRSH, FPHMM Universiti Putra Malaysia). It was highly effective in enhancing the capabilities of the researchers and contributed in advancing their career while encouraging them to be an even more impactful researchers.
