Refund policy
NOTE:
- If informed not less than 45 days to the conference then iConferences will refund the full registration fee minus the 80 USD administration fee.
- If informed not less than 21 days to the conference then 50% will be refunded.
- Anything informed less than 21 days will not be refunded.
- Please note that the handling fee of 5% will not be refunded which is already been deducted from our bank and that cannot be refunded.
In the event iConferences must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”)), will reschedule the affected Conference, if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled conference, then you may transfer registration fee you paid, upon written notification to the International Conference on Public Health and Well-being 2024 or request to refund your registration fee (iConferences will refund the full registration fee minus the 80 USD administration fee.) However, iConferences does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
If there is a difference in the registration fees between the affected Conference and the alternative Conference, the difference in the registration fees will be charged or refunded, as applicable.
