Abstract Guidelines

How to submit your abstract?

  1. Abstracts should be submitted via the online submission form or email on or before the Abstract submission deadline (28th May 2024) of the International Public Health Conference 2020.

  2. After the submission authors will be notified within 24 hours.

  3. Acceptance or rejection of your abstract will be notified within one week.

  4. Authors are only allowed to submit only one abstract per presentation mode type.

What are the guidelines?

Please note that the mentioned guidelines below should be followed for the submission of the Abstract. The Abstracts that do not comply with the guidelines will be rejected by the Conference Organizing Committee.

  1. The abstract must be allocated to a specific theme, topic or sub-topic. Please click here to view the complete list of themes, topics, and subtopics.
  2. The title should be in UPPER CASE and limited to 20 words.

  3. Presenting Author should be listed as the First Author. Presenting Author’s Full Name, Postal Address and the daytime and evening phone numbers should be mentioned.

  4. Co-Authors’ details should be followed by the presenting author. Co-Authors’ Full name and affiliation (along with the country) should be mentioned.

  5. Context should be limited for 150-250 words.

  6. Your abstract should reflect the Purpose/Objective, Methodology, Results, and Conclusions of the study.

  7. Must be written in clear English and accurate grammar using Times New Roman font, 12Pt.

  8. Abbreviations and acronyms should not appear in the abstract. Trade names and symbols should also be avoided.

What is the reviewing process?

If the abstract has properly followed up the given guidelines,

  1. Abstracts that have met the given guidelines will go through a double-blind reviewing process soon after the submission (Please note that the abstracts which do not comply with the iConferences’ guidelines will be rejected by the organizing committee, therefore, will not be submitted to the scientific committee).

  2. The following criteria will be used to review the Abstract.

• The relevance of the Abstract to the conference theme, topics or subtopics

• Well defined purpose/aim of the abstract

• Appropriateness of the research methodology

• Proper interpretation of analysis and results

• A well sound conclusion

  1. Upon the evaluation of the above criteria, acceptance or rejection of the Abstract will be informed two weeks after the abstract submission deadline.

  2. If the scientific committee has requested any revisions to be done in the abstract, the author needs to pay attention to those revisions.

  3. Revised Abstracts must be sent on or before 28th May 2024, if revised Abstracts are not sent by the mentioned deadline, the organizing committee will not take any responsibility of the Abstract Content that will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

  4. The scientific committee has the right to change the theme, topic or subtopic suggested by the author.

After the registration, your presentation will be added to the conference program of the International Public Health Conference 2024.
