The Hotel imposes a penalty charge of equivalent to total room night charges blocked and confirmed, under the following situations:

  • Earlier departure than the confirmed check out date when making the reservations
  •  Bookings made with “no show” at the hotel

NO SHOW

Rooms which are not cancelled by the guest or Group but where guests fail to occupy the room on the day of check in, charges are applicable for the full number of nights booked at a full Group rate each night. These rooms are deemed to be guaranteed. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale at the hotel’s discretion.
